Im not sure if this is a Harley Accessory or another brand but im leaning more towards it being a cheaper china brand. Looks like it came as part of a saddlebag conversion kit for the Softails. Comes exactly as pictured. No hardware Can only guarantee it to fit softails. Im sorry I pictured it upside down.
