How will you ship my order?
We ship all standard orders via UPS ground service. Overnight and Second Day shipping is available, but you need to call us (330-769-2629) for pricing on these shipping options.

Please provide us with a deliverable street address to which your order should be shipped. UPS does not deliver to a post office (PO) box.

Do you ship outside of the continental US?
Yes, we ship all over the world, including APO/FPO addresses. Please call us or email us for shipping quotes to all international destinations.

Returns Policy

I've changed my mind about an item I bought:
At Cycles R Us we stand behind our products 100%. So if you don't like it, don't keep it. Simply return it within 14 days of purchase pre-paid and we'll refund your money, less a 20% restocking fee. Restrictions may apply.
