How will you ship my order?
We ship all standard orders via UPS ground service. Overnight
and Second Day shipping is available, but you need to call us
(330-769-2629) for pricing on these shipping options.
Please provide us with a deliverable street address to
which your order should be shipped. UPS does not deliver to a
post office (PO) box.
Do you ship outside of the
continental US?
Yes, we ship all over the world, including APO/FPO addresses.
Please call us or email us for shipping quotes to all
international destinations.
Returns Policy
I've changed my mind about an
item I bought:
At Cycles R Us we stand behind our products 100%. So if you
don't like it, don't keep it. Simply return it within 14 days of
purchase pre-paid and we'll refund your money, less a 20%
restocking fee. Restrictions may apply.
We are human, and occasionally make mistakes (e.g. ship
the wrong part). In these cases, we will provide a complete
refund, including shipping and handling fees. Of course,

NOT return an item without contacting us first, we will not
accept the return. Products must be returned in the original
packaging with the packing slip. For your protection, we
recommend insuring your return package. Items must be returned

Damaged or Defective Merchandise: If a product was
shipped from us, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in
transit, just let us know. You'll receive a full refund for the
merchandise plus original shipping and handling charges. We'll
pick up the tab for return shipping as well. Restrictions may
